摘要
信息化时代文化全球化浪潮的席卷以及学生核心素养的发展和教师对专业持续发展的诉求,推动了国外中小学教师核心素养的提出。本研究在分析其价值取向的基础上,以联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)、欧盟、美国、澳大利亚、新加坡为例,描述了国外中小学教师核心素养的典型培养模式,概括出以下四种价值方式:以共同标准为指导的素养发展模式、以问题解决为思路的素养建构模式、以关键技能为重点的素养训练模式和以价值革新为主导的素养演绎模式。
The sweep of the cultural globalization in the information age, the development of students' key competences and the teachers' demands for sustainable professional development have promoted the emergence of primary and secondary school teachers' key competences in foreign countries.Based on the analysis of value orientation,taking the UNESCO, EU, Australia and Singapore for example, describing the foreign typical model for training teachers' key competences, the study summarizes the following four forms of value:the competences development model guided by common principles,the competences construction model for solving key problems,the competences training model focused on key skills and the competences deductive model led by the renovation of value.
