摘要
课程是学校教育的关键。本研究针对爱尔兰利默瑞克大学职前教师教育课程,运用文献法、观察法和访谈法进行研究,发现其课程设置贯穿四年,模块多样,注重实践。通过对案例的分析发现,在课程的实施过程中理论与实践有机结合,充分利用各种课程资源,加强学生知识的自主建构与合作学习,注重培养学生的批判性反思和问题解决能力,采用形成性评价和终结性评价。
The Curricula play a vital role in the school. This paper focuses on the pre-service teacher education curricula of University of Limerick in Ireland. The research methods include reference studies, observations in classroom and interviews with tutors and students. The analysis shows that educational curricula are thoroughly arranged during four years. Modules for pre-service teacher are various and practical. The results for case study indicate that the theory and experiments in module are totally integrated, the curriculum resources are sufficiently applied, cooperative and self-constructive learning are availably imposed, the critical reflection and problem-resolved ability of pre-service teacher are continuously reinforced. Formative assessment and summative assessment are equally carried out in the curricula.
