精于数据,重视合作——斯洛文尼亚教育政策研究中心

摘要 斯洛文尼亚教育政策研究中心(Centre for Educational Policy Studies,简称CEPS)是一所隶属于斯洛文尼亚卢布尔雅那大学教育学院的高校智库,成立于2000年。在美国宾夕法尼亚大学近年公布的历次《全球智库报告》关于教育领域的顶级智库排名中,教育政策研究中心一直保持较为稳定的名次。笔者结合对斯洛文尼亚基础教育概况的分析,通过文献法和访谈法等多种途径,从智库的运行概况、研究脉络以及近期研究重点等几个方面进行评述,以期对我国教育智库建设和发展有所启示。 Centre for Educational Policy Studies (CEPS) was established in 2000 as an organizational unit within the Faculty of Education at the University of Ljubljana. In the ((Global Go To Think Tanks Report )) released by the University of Pennsylvania in recent years, in the top thinktank ranking on the field of education policy the CEPS has maintained a stable ranking.Based on th e analysis of the general situation of the basic education in Slovenia, many approaches such as liter ature method and interview method are used to make a comment on several aspects from its opera tion situation, the research context and the recent research focus, so as to shed some enlightenment on the operation and development of the education think-tank in China.
