摘要
阐述了采用激光熔覆进行表面改性的研究进展,主要从激光熔覆提高基体材料的耐磨、耐蚀、抗氧化性等方面进行介绍。并将其与传统的热喷涂表面改性方法进行了对比。同时介绍了激光熔覆技术的应用现状。总体而言,激光熔覆层与基体呈冶金结合,结合强度高;熔覆层的厚度可控制;激光熔覆层气孔少、组织致密。
The research progress of surface modification by laser cladding was expounded, which were mainly introduced from the improvement of the wear, corrosion, oxidation resistance of the matrix by laser cladding, which was compared with traditional thermal spraying surface modification technology. In general, laser cladding layer has metallurgy bonding with substrate, which has high bonding strength. The thickness of the cladding layer can be controlled. And then, the application status of laser cladding technology was introducal. The laser cladding layer has few pores and the microstructure is dense.
