摘要 铝合金零件经过硫酸阳极化及黑色填充后,在采用汽油清洗时膜层经常出现发花、流色。通过从氧化时间、填充工艺方面对其膜层发花故障进行分析,找到了影响因素与膜层着色质量的关系,确定了最佳填充工艺参数。生产实践表明,改进填充工艺以后使黑色阳极化零件着色合格率从85%左右达到了98%,降低了零件废品率。 After sulfuric acid anodizing and colored by acidblack for aluminium alloy parts, floating and color flow often appear on the film after cleaned by gasoline. The relationship between the influencing factors and the quality of film coloring was found out by analyzing the floating fault of the film through oxidation time and filling process. The optimum filling process parameters were determined. The production practice indicates that the coloring qualification rate of black anodized parts increases from about 85% to 98%. At the same time, the parts rejection rate reduces.
