摘要 利用SYSWELD软件对304不锈钢激光熔覆成形过程的温度场及应力-应变场进行数值模拟。在304不锈钢基板材料上熔覆钴基合金,模拟铺粉式单层多道搭接激光熔覆成形在不同扫描路径下的温度场及应力-应变场的变化情况,从而优化激光熔覆工艺参数。结果表明,在相同熔覆工艺参数的情况下,以平行线扫描方式中的长边螺旋扫描路径进行激光熔覆时,产生的热影响区、残余应力、曲翘变形等相对较小,温度梯度及整体位移量也很小,使激光熔覆的工艺性能得到改善。 By using software SYSWELD, the temperature field and stress and strain field of 304 stainless steel in laser cladding forming process were simulated. The substrate material of 304 stainless steel was coated on cobalt based alloy. The changing situation of temperature filed and the stress and strain field of laser cladding formed by different scanning paths was simulated, which were lapped with the type of spreading powder and the ways of single-layer and multi-channels, and the process parameters of laser cladding were optimized. The results show that under the same cladding process parameters condition, the generating heat affected zone, residual stress and bend deformation are relatively small by the way of the long spiral scanning paths in the parallel scanning way, and the temperature gradient and overall displacement are very small. So the laser cladding process performance improves.
