硼和热处理对采矿业用白口铸铁组织和力学性能的影响

摘要 研究了加硼与不加硼化学成分对白口铸铁显微组织的影响。应用热处理改善了白口铸铁冲击和耐磨性。对样品进行了硬度、磨损和冲击性能测试。结果表明,与常规热处理相比,使用工艺B热处理含硼白口铸铁有更高的硬度和耐冲击性。 The effects of chemical composition with boron and without boron on the microstructure of white cast iron were studied. The impact and wear resistance of white cast iron were improved by heat treatment. The hardness, wear and impact properties of samples were tested. The results show that, compared with the conventional heat treatment, the white cast iron containing boron after heat treatment by process B has higher hardness and impact resistance.
