摘要
研究了退火温度和保温时间对5056切削铝纤维力学性能的影响。结果表明,随退火温度的升高,5056切削铝纤维的抗拉强度和屈服强度降低,而伸长率升高;退火保温时间对其力学性能影响不大。确定的5056切削铝纤维的退火工艺参数为:退火温度350℃,保温1 h。
The effects of annealing temperature and holding time on the mechanical properties of 5056 cutting aluminum fiber were studied. The results show that, with the increase of annealing temperature, the tensile strength and yield strength of 5056 cutting aluminum fiber decrease and elongation increase. The holding time in annealing has little effect on the mechanical properties. The determined annealing parameters of 5056 cutting aluminum fibers are the annealing temperature at 350℃ for 1 h.
