摘要
研究表明80%~90%的心血管疾病可以通过生活方式和膳食干预来预防,但是慢性疾病患者仍然消耗了全球医疗资源的80%以上。我们该如何整合这些看似矛盾的证据呢?此篇综述系统地阐述了心血管代谢疾病流行的原因与防治的方法。为更好地防治心血管代谢疾病和促进全球健康,我们认为必须建立一个多层次全方位的6P(预测、精准、个体化、预防、人群、政策)-3G(健康的饮食、良好的环境、健康的行为)-41(解读、整合、实施、创新)防控体系,中国应该担当起领导者的角色。
Globally, individuals with chronic diseases now consume over 80% of all healthcare resources. Set against this depressing projection is decades of epidemiologie work demonstrating that 80% -90% of cardiovascular disease can be prevented via lifestyle and dietary interventions. How can we reconcile such contrasting views toward the future of cardiovascular health in human populations? Herein, we review available sources of evidence that can be used to answer these challenging questions of how and why. In particular, we submit that analytical framework incorporating the 6P ( prediction, precision, personalization, prevention, population, and policy ) -3 G ( good food, good environment, and good behavior) -41 ( interpretation, integration, implementation, and innovation) will allow us to focus resource towards the development of muhi-level approaches for the betterment of population health.
