摘要
糖尿病黄斑水肿是糖尿病视网膜病变中心视力损害的最重要原因,激光光凝仍是治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的一种重要方法,最优化光凝疗效是激光光凝治疗不断发展的动力。本文即对糖尿病黄斑水肿的激光治疗进展作一综述。
Diabetic macular edema （ DME ） is the leading cause of visual impair- ment in diabetic patients. With developments in laser systems, laser photocoagulation continues to be the necessary treatment for DME. The power development of laser treatment is optimizing efficacy and minimizing complications. This article reviews the laser treatment progress for diabetic macular edema.
