摘要 利用Autodesk Simulation CFD软件对某船舶机舱风管进行详细的流体仿真分析,模拟风管内空气流动,计算由空气粘性和风管内部结构导致的阻力损失,根据计算结果对风管进行优化设计,改善风量分配,为风机选型提供较准确的静压数据。研究结果说明CFD在船舶机舱风管设计中的应用可以改善机舱风管中的气流组织,提升生产设计质量,通过计算获得的风口速度云图可以为船厂现场调试和报检提供参考。 Taking the advantage of Autodesk Simulation CFD, detailed fluid simulation analysis is conducted for a certain ship's engine room vent ducts. The airflow in vent ducts is stimulated and the resistance loss is calculated due to air viscosity and the internal structure. The vent duct design is optimized according to the calculation so as to improve the air volume distribution and provide more accurate static pressure parameters for the selecting of fans. The result shows that the application of CFD in the design of ship's engine room vent ducts" can improve the air distribution and upgrade the production design quality. The tuyere velocity contour gained through the calculation can be used as a reference for shipyard 's site test and inspection.
