摘要 在确定总布置方案和主尺度的基础上,针对新型半潜式风车安装平台进行强度验证和结构优化。采用Sesam软件建立平台结构整体模型和水动力模型,基于设计波法对平台自存、操作、航行工况下的整体强度、节点、杆件和局部进行规范校核。充分考虑运输安装一体化的作业形式,给出风机整体运输和吊装方案,完成平台的基础设计工作。研究表明:新型半潜式平台的整体应力分布、杆件和节点利用率、关键区域局部强度基本满足规范要求;一体化运输安装方式充分考虑了经济性和安全性要求,提高了海上风电安装的作业效率。 On the basis of the determination of the general arrangement and the main scale, the strength verification and structure optimization of the new type of semi-submersible plaiform for windmill installation are carried out. The whole model and hydrodynamic model of the plaiform structure are established by using SESAM software. Based on the design wave method, the global strength, the node, the rod part and the local strength of the plaiform under the survival, operation and sailing conditions are checked. The operation mode of integrated transport and installation is considered. The scheme of overall transportation and lifting are given and the basic design work is completed. The research shows that the global stress distribution, the ratio of rod part and node utilization, and the local strength of the key area of the new semi-submersible plaiform can meet the requirements of the specification. Integrated transport installation fully takes the economic and security requirements under consideration, which can improve the efficiency of offshore installation of wind power equipment.
