摘要
在VoLTE商用初期,网络通话主要是VoLTE用户与2/3G用户互通。该场景媒体流的Nb口编解码方式与Mb口不同,目前尚无Nb口语音质量的评估方案。于是,搭建了一套基于IMGW接口(Nb口)的VoLTE语音质量评估系统,使用基于P.563算法的MOS(Mean Opinion Score,平均意见值)评估机制、基于VAD(Voice Activity Detection,语音活动检测)能量检测技术的单通算法和断续算法,以评估VoLTE网络的语音质量。结果表明,系统输出的各项语音质量指标的准确性高。与其他平台相比,MOS值与VoLTE网络的话务模型更为吻合,数据更加可靠,具有较高的推广应用价值。
In the early days of VoLTE commercial, the calling of between the user of VoLTE and the user of 2/3G is the principal scenario of phone call, the coding/decoding mode of Nb interface is different from Mb interface, and there is no assessment of voice quality for Nb interface. A set of speech quality evaluation system based on IMGW interface is proposed. And this system uses Mos evaluation mechanism, silence call algorithm and intermittent algorithm to evaluate the network voice quality. Experiment results indicate that the indicator of the voice quality from the system is of fairly high accuracy. Comparison with other systems shows that the MOS value of this system is more consistent with the phone traffic model. So the proposed system has a fairly high application and promotional value.
