摘要
IMS技术应用到电力系统交换网中,完成对传统电力系统交换网的改造,实现基于IMS的电力系统交换网的构建,进而提升电力系统的功能性和服务性,从而满足用户的更多需求,推动电力企业服务水平和服务质量的提升和核心竞争力的获取。因此,需要针对基于IMS的电力系统交换网展开分析,详细解读IMS系统,明确IMS系统架构,分析IMS业务网络的核心网建设、承载网的建设、接入网的改造等内容,旨在推动基于IMS的电力系统功能性的提升,满足现代电力系统的服务需求,进而实现电力企业的持续健康发展。
By applying IMS technology to electric power exchange network, the transformation of traditional power system network could be completed, the construction of IMB-based power-system exchange network be realized, and the power system function and service be enhanced. And meanwhile more needs of the users could be satisfied, thus promoting the service level and enhancing the quality-of-service, raising the core competitiveness of the power enterprises. For this reason, it is necessary to do analysis on the IMS-based power-system switching networking, make detailed interpretation of IMS system, clearly define the IMS system architecture, and the core network construction of IMS business network, bearer network construction, access network transformation etc., thus promoting functional improvement of IMS-based power system, meeting the service requirement of modern electric power system for services, and ultimately realizing sustainable and healthy development of the electric power enterprises.
