摘要
针对现实卫星地面站设备维修管理的新需求,设计实现了一种手持式设备维修管理终端。首先描述其功能结构,其次重点对数据安全存储与传输技术进行具体设计,特别是实现了数据库存储的逐字段异或加密算法和数据包传输的逐字节异或加密算法。再次,制定并实现了数据导入导出控制规程,阐述了故障自动诊断算法,完成了从故障现象到故障部位的智能化推理和概率判决。最后,简单介绍APP软件实现过程。实践表明,该设备可明显提高设备维修与信息管理效率。
Aiming at the actual maintenance management demand of satellite earth station equipment, a hand-held maintenance management terminal is designed and implemented. Firstly, the functional structure is described, then, the design of data security storage and transmission discussed, with focus on the realization of both field XOR encryption algorithm of database storage and byte XOR encryption algorithm for data packet transmission. In addition, the control proecdures of data import and export are formulated, and the automatic fault diagnosis algorithm designed, thus the intelligent reasoning and probability decision of from fault phenomenon to fault location could be completed. Finally APP software realization is briefed. Experiment indicate that the proposed terminal can enhance the effectiveness of maintenance activity and information management.
