摘要
为建立不同产地银杏叶及其提取物的指纹图谱提供参考依据,分别对4个产地的银杏叶及其相应的粗提品和精制品进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)测定,并对相关的谱图进行了特征分析。结果表明,4个产地的银杏叶及其提取物在其FTIR光谱指纹区1800~500 cm^(-1)波数内都有其各自的物质特征;FTIR谱图中峰形、峰高和峰位等量化的差别与不同,精确地描绘出了不同产地银杏叶及其提取物中各自组分的物质特征,使之形成了似于人类的指纹,可以准确地对不同产地的银杏叶及其提取物进行指认和识别。另外,这种FTIR指纹图谱具有特征性强、操作简便快捷、重现性好、适合对银杏叶提取物进行整体信息分析和质量控制的特点。
To establish fingerprint profiles of Ginkgo leaves and the extracts from different origins, FYIR profiles on Gink- go leaves, the crude extracts and the purified extracts from d different producing areas were measured and the feature of FTIR profiles was analyzed respectively in this study. The results showed that the differences of FI'IR fingerprints of the leaves and the extracts from 4 different producing areas were mainly existing in the wave number ranges of 1800-500 cm2 ; and the differences of FTIR profiles on peak profile, peak height and peak position had precisely presented the dif- ferent substance characters of Ginkgo leaves and the extracts from different producing areas. These information in FI'IR profiles seemed like the fingerprints of mankind can pointed out Ginkgo leaves and the extracts from different producing areas. This identification method based on FTIR profiles was of these advantages of strong distinction, convenient opera- tion and good reproducibility, and also was fit to the whole information analysis and quality control. Thus, the FTIR fin- gerprint profiles would supply a convenient,immediate and microscale test way of quality on Ginkgo leaves and the ex- tracts from different origins.
