5-Fu局部外用联合干扰素注射治疗巨大尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

Observing the Curative Effect of Giant Condyloma Acuminatumwith the Use of 5-Fu External Therapy Combined with Interferon Injection

目的探讨和优化巨大尖锐湿疣的治疗方法。方法治疗组用2.5%5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)溶液外敷或填塞联合干扰素注射,疣体明显缩小后再使用高频电刀祛除疣体。对照组用高频电刀祛除疣体联合干扰素注射。两组均治疗3个月。结果两组治疗后随访6个月观察疗效,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组有效率为94.74%(36/38),对照组有效率76.32%(29/38)。结论氟尿嘧啶外用联合干扰素治疗巨大尖锐湿疣是一种方便,安全、有效的治疗方法,可以使后期激光、冷冻等治疗变为简单,减少复发率,减轻患者和医生的困扰。特别对一些合并有艾滋病等免疫性疾病的患者。

Objective To study the treatment and optimization of giant condyloma acuminatum. Methods The treatment group used the high frequency electric knife to remove the wart body after its significant reduction, using topical fluorouracil 2.5% solution or tamponade combined with interferon injection. The control group used high frequency electric knife to remove the wart body combined with interferon injection. The two groups were treated for 3 months. Results The two groups after treatment were followed up for 6 months to observe the curative effect. The curative effect of the two groups was significantly different（P〈 0.05）. The effective rate of the treatment and control group was 94.74%（36/38）and76.32%（29/38）respectively. Conclusion Using Topical fluorouracil combined with interferon therapy to treat giant condyloma acuminatum is a convenient, safe and effective method, which makes the treatment such as laser, freezing much more easier,reduces the recurrence rate as well as relieves the patients of their diseases. Especially for somepatientswith autoimmune diseases such as AIDS.
