改革开放以来中国共产党发展话语体系的建构与发展

On the Construction and Development of the CPC's Development Discourse System since Reform and Opening-up

从邓小平提出"发展是硬道理"到江泽民强调"发展是第一要务",到胡锦涛提出"科学发展观",再到习近平提出"五大发展理念",中国共产党在推进改革开放的过程中围绕发展内涵的理解、发展目标的定位、发展方式的选择以及发展评价的建立等方面,建构了一套具有中国特色的关于发展中国家实现社会主义现代化的发展话语体系,完成了从革命话语体系向建设话语体系的转变。回顾与梳理改革开放以来中国共产党发展话语体系的建构与演进的历史与逻辑,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义,既有利于在历史的脉络中把握发展的规律和中国特色社会主义发展理念的本质要求从而增强发展的能力,同时也有利于以自觉自信的理论研究推动中国特色社会主义发展理论和话语体系的科学化、大众化和国际化。

The Communist Party of China has established a discourse system of development with Chinese characteristics since reform and opening up, in which the ideas that development is the absolute principle and first priority, and should base on scientific outlook and five key concepts has been put forward and advocated. It indi- cates that the Communist Party of China has completed the transition from the revolutionary discourse system to the construction discourse system. To review this historical process has important theoretical and practical significance. On one hand, looking retrospect and summarizing is advantageous in grasping the development rules and character- istics of China in historical context; on the other hand, it is conducive to promoting the more scientific, popularized and internationalized development theory and discourse system of China.
