摘要
在地方本科高校转型中,信念系统控制人们的感知,控制转型行为,影响地方本科高校转型成效。目前地方本科高校中存在着"职、高"平等与职业教育歧视、面向市场的准公益与市场化、学校自主权回归与学校管理体制不完善、全面提高教育质量与解决就业问题这四组感知、价值观、理念及知识等信念系统的冲突,这些信念影响人们对于地方本科高校转型的认识,阻碍地方本科高校转型制度变迁,最终影响地方本科高校真正成功转型。要通过探测信念系统的冲突、建立合力转型的沟通系统、加强转型压力探测与调整来重构地方本科高校转型信念系统。
In the process of local colleges and universities transformation,belief systems control people's perception,control the behavior of the transition,and directly affect the transition effectiveness of local colleges and universities. At present,there are four groups of contradictions and collisions between consciousness and subconscious,which are between"level high"equality and discrimination in vocational education,between marketoriented and market-oriented quasi-public service,between school autonomy and school management system,between the comprehensive quality of education improvement and solving the employment problem. These beliefs affect the awareness of people to understand local universities transition,hinder the transformation system change of local colleges and universities,and ultimately limiting local universities truly transformation success. The strategies of reconstructing local universities transformation are to reconstruct detect the contradictory of local colleges,build communication system to transforming together and strength pressure of detection and adjustment.
