摘要
作为教师评价的一部分,高校越来越广泛地运用学生评教来评价教师的教学情况。学生评教的结果往往用于对教师的奖优罚劣,但是如何运用学生评教来促进教师发展并没有得到高校应有的关注。通过分析探讨如何通过学生评教来促进教师教学能力的提升,途径包括:加强学生对教师教学的过程性评价,帮助教师及时发现教学中存在的问题,为教师提供培训,鼓励教师开展教学科研。
As a part of teacher evaluation, student evaluation is more and more widely applied in China's university. The evaluation results are taken into teachers' rewards and punishments. However, how to employ the evaluation dada to improve teacher's teaching hasn't been valued by universities. This paper argued the ways to improve teacher's teaching with student evaluations, namely, strengthening students' evaluation on teaching process to identify teaching problems, offering training for teachers and encouraging teachers to implement teaching study.
