郑州市2850例妇女HPV感染状况与亚型分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的对郑州市2 850例妇女进行人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)检测,了解该地区妇女HPV感染状况及HPV亚型分布情况。方法选取2015年1-12月于郑州市某医院妇科就诊及体检的2 850例有性生活史的郑州市户籍妇女作为研究对象,采用第2代杂交捕获技术(HC2)对研究对象进行HPV感染检测。结果研究对象HPV总感染率为28.35%,其中高危HPV亚型感染率为24.00%,低危HPV亚型感染率为4.35%;研究对象HPV感染以单一感染为主,占比88.00%,多重感染以二重感染为主,占比9.90%。不同居住地及年龄段研究对象HPV感染率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中乡镇居民及31~40岁年龄段研究对象HPV感染率较高。研究对象13种高危HPV亚型检出的感染率排名前5位的依次为18型(26.75%),52型(15.79%),68型(12.57%),31型(9.06%),58型(7.16%);而5种低危HPV亚型检出的感染率排名前3位的依次为6型(29.84%),11型(20.97%),42型(18.55%)。结论郑州市妇女HPV感染率较高,且感染率具有年龄段差异。HPV感染主要以单一感染为主;最常见的高危HPV亚型为18型、52型、68型、31型及58型,而最常见的低危HPV亚型为6型、11型及42型;乡镇地区高发。 Objective To detect the human papillomavirus (HPV) in 2 850 women in some areas of Zhengzhou and research the status of HPV infection and the distribution of subtype in this area. Methods In 2015 from January to December, 2 850 women with sex experience examined and treated in department of gynecology hospital in Guangzhou were selected as research objects. The method of Hybrid Capture 2 (HC2) generation technology was used to detect HPV infection. Results The total infection rate was 28.35 %, high-risk type infection rate was 24.00% ; the low risk type infection rate was 4.35%; the HPV infection of objects were mainly single infection, accounting for 88.00%, while multiple infection were mainly double infection, accounting for 9.90% ; comparing the infection rate of rural area and city area and objects of different ages, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). HPV infection rate of women from rural area and women of 31 to 40 year old were the higher, Top 5 subtypes of 13 high-risk HPV subtypes were type 18 (26.75%), 52 (15.79%), 68 (12.57%), 31 (9.06%) and 58 (7.16%0); top 3 subtypes in 5 low-risk HPV subtypes were type 6 (29.84%), 11 (20.97%), type 42 (18.55%). Conclusion The infection rate of women in Zhengzhou is higher and there are differences between groups of different ages. HPV infections mainly was single infection. The most common high-risk subtypes are HPV18, HPV52, HPV68, HPV31 and HPV58. The most common low-risk subtype are HPV6, HPV11, HPV42, incidence of HPV infections is higher in rural areas.
