油泥吸附剂孔隙特征对油吸附性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用物理吸附法对油泥吸附剂的孔隙特征进行研究,分析了吸附剂的比表面积和孔径分布以及孔隙结构对水中油的吸附性能的影响。研究表明,油泥吸附剂比表面积可达300 m^2·g^(-1)以上,不同活化条件下制得的油泥吸附剂DFT比表面积分布差别很大,分布于1 nm^2 nm孔径范围内的比表面积较大的油泥吸附剂对水中油类污染物质的吸附效果较好,油泥吸附剂的孔隙形状以平行板结构的夹缝孔为主,对水中油类污染物质具有较好的吸附性能。 A physical adsorption method was used for studying pore characteristics of oily sludge adsorbents,and analyzing the specific surface area distribution of pore size, and the effect of pore structure on adsorptive proper- ties of oil in water. Studies have shown that the specific surface area of oily sludge is more than 300 m2 · g^-1 , and specific surface area distribution of oily sludge adsorbents from different activation conditions varies widely. Moreover,oily sludge adsorbents with aperture ranging from 1 to 2 nm have a larger specific surface area,giving them higher adsorption efficiency of oil pollutants in water. Oily sludge adsorbents, of which pore shapes are mainly crevice-like with parallel plate structures, have better adsorption properties of oil pollutant in water.
