摘要
在资源日益枯竭的现状下研究氧化锌渣的资源化回收利用具有较大的意义。对氧化锌渣碱性浸出影响因素浸出时间、浸出转速、浸出温度、浸出碱液的浓度和浸出的液固比等的研究,进行了浸出渣的物性表征,分析了主要的物相组成。研究结果表明,锌的浸出率最大为89.5%时,浸出条件为:浸出时间为120 min,浸出温度为75℃,浸出转速为250 r·min^(-1),浸出时氢氧化钠浓度为5 mol·L^(-1),液固比(体积质量比)为15∶1。渣中锌主要以氧化锌的形式存在。
It is of great significance to study the resource recycling of zinc oxide slag under the present situation of resource depletion. In this study, the relations among the Zinc leaching rate and five influencing factors (leac- hing time, leaching speed, leaching temperature, base concentration and solid-liquid ratio) were investigated; the properties and main compositions of leaching residue were also analyzed. Further, the effects of five factors and compositions to leaching rate were evaluated. The experiment results showed that the leaching rate of zinc was 89.5% , the most suitable conditions for Zinc leaching were 120 min of leaching time, 75 ℃ of leaching temperature, 250 mol · L^-1 of leaching speed, 5 mol · L^-1 of sodium hydroxide concentration and 15 : 1 of liq- uid-solid ratio. The Zinc mainly existed in residue as Zinc oxide.
