摘要 以涤纶为基材,采用基于苯胺原位聚合法的纱线连续导电处理方法制备涤纶/聚苯胺复合导电纱线。探讨了氧化剂过硫酸铵(APS)浓度对导电纱线表面形貌、导电性能,以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着APS浓度的提高,复合导电纱线表面的聚苯胺含量逐渐增多,电阻呈现先减小后增大的趋势,当APS浓度为1.2mol/L时,复合导电纱线的导电性能最好。经导电处理后,PET纱线的断裂强度和断裂伸长率均有小幅增强。 Conductive polyester/polyaniline (PET/PANI) composite yarns are continuously prepared via a method based on the aniline in-situ polymerization on the surface of polyester yarns. The effects of oxidant ammonium persulfate (APS) concentration on the surface morphology, electrical property and mechanical property are discussed. The results indicate that, with the increase of APS concentration, the content of PANI on the surface of the composite yarns is increased. The resistance of conductive PET/ PANI composite yarn decreases first and then increases with the increase of APS concentration. The optimal conductivity is obtained when the concentration of APS is 1.2 mol/L. The breaking strength and breaking elongation of PET yarn after treatment have a minor increase.
