摘要
开发了一种靛蓝新品种,与普通靛蓝相比,其在水中有更高的分散性,减少了应用时的粉尘污染和搅拌频率。采用55℃还原,还原时间比普通靛蓝粉和靛蓝颗粒分别快1.5 h和1.0 h;在相同染色条件下,染色强度可以增强约5%,提高靛蓝染料的利用率。通过酵洗后处理,新靛蓝染色织物的染色深度比普通靛蓝织物深,增加了织物酵洗的力度,提高织物成品的品质。
A new indigo dyestuff is developed. Comparing with ordinary indigo, the new indigo dye has higher dispersion in water and can reduce dust pollution and stirring frequency in practical application. Its reduction time is 1.5 h shorter than ordinary indigo power and 1.0 h shorter than indigo particles at 55 ℃. In the same dyeing conditions, it can increase color strength by 5% and can improve the utilization rate of dyestuff. Through the enzyme washing, the fabric dyed with the new indigo dyestuff has better color depth than that of ordinary indigo dyestuff, which can improve the extent of enzyme washing and the textile quality.
