摘要
通过对选取的植物提取液进行复配,得到具有广谱防紫外线性能的防紫外整理剂,并将其用于棉织物的抗紫外整理,优化了整理工艺。结果表明:将纯棉织物在蒸馏水中浸泡2 min,放入25%中性复合整理剂中,室温下二浸二轧(轧液率为80%),80℃预烘5min,140℃焙烘140 s,整理后织物的UPF值得到提高,透气性减小。
The anti-UV finishing agent with broad spectrum is obtained through the combination of the selected plant extracts and then is applied to cotton fabric. The optimum anti-UV finishing process is as follows: soaking in distilled water for 2 rain, then dipping in 25% neutral finishing agent through two dippings and two paddings (80% pick up) under room temperature, curing at 80 ℃ for 5 min, and then baking at 140 ℃ for 140 s. The UPF value of the finished fabric is improved and the fabric permeability is decreased.
