摘要
建立可将28种致癌芳香胺完全分离的气相色谱-质谱方法模型。选定色谱柱进样口温度230℃,升温初始温度70℃,传输线温度320℃;采用两种梯度升温程序分离方法:梯度升温33 min方法可以完全分离28种化合物;梯度升温21 min方法可将混和物质基本分离,但3,3′-二氯联苯胺和4,4′垭甲基-二-(2-氯苯胺)两种物质的分离峰有部分重叠。根据实际检测要求,选择其中的一种,以满足客户的需求。
The GC-MS model for the separation of 28 carcinogenic aromatic amines is established. The optimal inlet temperature of heaters is 230 ℃, the initial heating temperature is 70 ℃, the temperature of aux heaters is 320 ℃. With the two gradient heating separation method: gradient heating 33min method can completely separate 28 compounds; gradient heating 21 min method can separate mixed materials except for 3,3′-dichloro benzidine and 4,4′-methylene-bis-(2-chloroaniline) which show peak overlap of two substances. According to the actual testing requirements, either of the two methods can be chosen to meet the requirements of customers.
