摘要
对马钢两台300 m^2烧结机台车料面风速进行了检测,发现两台机的料面风量在烧结过程中分配不合理。可通过降低机头、机尾部分风箱的风门开度,将有效风量由机头、机尾部分向中前部转移,实现沿台车运行方向上的风量合理分布。沿台车宽度方向上的布料不均匀导致台车两侧料面风速差异大,烧结速度不同步,应强化操作管理,保证料面平整。
Airflow distribution on bed surface of Masteel' s 300 m2 sintering was tested and the illogicality airflow distribution was found. In order to distribute the logicality airflow on the surface of the entire sinter machine length orientation, effective air can be transferred from both the front and the end to the middle in sinter machine by air bellows valve opening degree control. The illogicality distribution of sinter material caused the difference in air speed between both sides and sintering rate. Therefore, management of operation needs to be strengthen, as well as keeping a smooth surface for the materials.
