摘要
本文对韶钢360 m^2烧结机烧结矿产量的影响因素进行分析,提出并实施提高烧结矿产量的措施,并辅以科学管理,使韶钢烧结矿产量稳步提高,从2015年的776万t提高到2016年849万t。为稳定高炉熟料比,降低炼铁生产成本作出了贡献。
This article analyzed the influence factors on 360 m2 sintering machine production yields in SGIS Songshan Co., Ltd. By using effective productive measures and scientific management, the sintering production yields steadily increased from 7.76 rat to 8.49 mt in 2015 -2016. This practice of improvement not only contributes to the future development of the blast furnace clinker ratio stability, but also reduces the production cost in ironmaking industry.
