马钢380m^2烧结机“小风量、低负压、超厚料层”技术创新实践 被引量:10

摘要 "厚料层烧结技术"是一个复杂的系统问题,除了理论、技术问题外,还有制度问题、各方面成龙配套问题。本文介绍了马钢第三炼铁总厂通过技术创新与管理创新相结合,一定程度上解决了厚料层与高负压这对难以调和的矛盾,在两台380 m^2烧结机上成功实现了900 mm超厚料层下"小风量、低负压"烧结技术,并取得了显著的效果。从生产组织、操作策略调整上对烧结产质量提升、降本增效提供了新思路。 "Thick-bed sintering technology" is a complex system, besides theoretical and teehnieal issues, there are also institutional problems. This article introduced how the third ironmaking plant of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. partly overcame the contradiction between thick-bed sintering and high negative pressure condition, and the remarkable " small air w)lume, low negative pressure" sintering technology that run on two 380m2 of sintering machine under 900 mm the thick layer. From the perspective of production organizing and measuring adjustment, this paper provides new ideas for the improvement of the quality and efficiency of sintering.
