摘要 针对散状粉料有高效混匀作用的立式强力混合机,采用Fluent建立了立式强力混合机的仿真模型,仿真结果指出立式强力混合机的混匀机理是搅拌桨强迫扰动下对流、剪切和扩散三种混合方式共同作用实现高效混匀的过程,在此基础上进一步分析了影响混合机混匀效果的因素及其影响规律,为实际生产提供了理论指导。同时在冷钢球团厂开展了立式强力混合机工业实验研究,获得了与仿真结果基本相吻合的结论,证明了仿真模型的准确性。 In view of the vertical intensive mixer which has high - efficiency mixing effect on bulk powder, a vertical intensive mixer simulation model was established by Fluent. The simulation results showed the mixing mechanism of the vertical intensive mixer that under forced disturbance of the stirring paddle, is the mixing process which contains three kinds of mixing modes of convection, shearing and diffusion. On this basis, the influence factors of mixing effect and its influence law were analyzed, which can provide the theoretical guidance for the actual production. At the same time, industrial experiment for vertical intensive mixer was carried out in the pelletizing plant of Lengshuijiang Steel, and the influence laws which were consistent with the simulation resuhs were obtained. The correctness of the simulation models are proved.
