热休克蛋白65及16S rRNA基因在一株盖尔森基兴奴卡菌鉴定中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 奴卡菌是广泛分布于土壤的需氧性放线菌,可引起人类急性或慢性奴卡菌病,属于多源性感染。临床感染患者标本中分离到的奴卡菌常见的是星形奴卡菌和巴西奴卡菌,而盖尔森基兴奴卡菌国内外鲜见报道。因其生物化学反应不典型,临床少见,鉴定比较困难。有些奴卡菌与非结核分枝杆菌或结核分枝杆菌引起的肺结核病的临床表现极为相似,容易造成误诊[1]。然而,通过表型和生物化学鉴定菌种的传统方法耗时、费力,且很难鉴定到种,不能满足临床准确、快速鉴定病原菌的需要。现代分子生物学技术,尤其是PCR和DNA测序技术为奴卡菌快速菌种鉴定技术提供了良好基础。
