摘要
地方本科院校人力资源管理专业实践教学改革是一项系统性工程,如果不能有效解决教学体系、师资队伍和运行管理等关键问题,将直接影响实践教学改革的成效。通过针对人力资源管理专业实践教学改革的关键环节,提出了实践教学体系构建、实践教学师资队伍建设、实践教学运行管理三个方面的改革策略,并进行了具体分析和阐述。
The practical teaching reform of human resources management specialty in local colleges and universities is a systematic project. If the key problems such as teaching system,teachers and operation management cannot be effectively solved,it will directly affect the effectiveness of practical teaching reform. Based on the key link of the practical teaching reform of human resources management, this paper puts forward the reform tactics of the construction of practical teaching system,the construction of practical teaching teachers and the operation and management of practical teaching, and makes a concrete analysis and elaboration.
