摘要
近年来随着各级政府对国民幸福感和心理健康水平越来越关注,在国家政策层面对心理学相关事业的发展提供更多的宏观政策支持。应用心理学领域历来倡导行动研究取向,鼓励本专业的学者、学生关注社会、参与社会实践并提升人们的生活质量。为了更好地实现这样的专业目标,应用心理学专业人才培养应进一步借鉴职业院校所倡导的双证书制度培养模式,以实践作为专业人才培养的基础,以专业创新型人才作为培养目标,进而提升本专业学生的就业竞争力。而双证书制导向下的应用心理学专业人才培养要进一步明确其培养目标,完善专业教学内容与课程体系,改革传统的专业教学模式,如此才能充分发挥学生的主动性与创新性,让专业与实践相结合的教师队伍成为推动专业建设的领航者,不断促进我国应用心理学专业和高职教育体系的完善与发展。
In recent years,with the governments at all levels of national well-being and mental heahh levels of growing concern,in the face of the national policy level to provide more macro policy support for the development of psychology related undertakings. The field of applied psychology has always advocated the orientation of action research, encourage the professional scholars, students pay attention to the community,participate in social practice and improve people's quality of life. In order to better achieve such professional goals ,professional personnel training should be further applied psychology from double certificate advocated occupation colleges system training mode,to practice as a basis for professional training, to innovative talents as training objectives, and enhance the students" employment competitiveness. The professional application of double-certificate system under the guidance of psychology training to further clarify its training objectives,improve the professional teaching content and curriculum system,teaching mode reform of the traditional,so as to give full play to the initiative and creativity of students,let the professional and practice of combining teachers' team leader to promote the professional construction, constantly to promote the improvement and development of Chinese higher vocational education system and applied psychology.
