摘要
贺州学院外国语学院在实施"国际商务优秀人才培养计划"过程开展教学改革,并在教学改革中坚持三条原则,做到六个"有效契合"和六个"一体化",提炼出"两双基四环案例"实践教学模式,即:围绕语言双基和和商科双基,教学过程分为案例启动(国际商务中语言服务问题导入与情境创设)、案例阐释(外语及商科的理论阐述与专业问题拓展)、案例解决(商务类专业和外语类专业的基本知识与基本技能)、案例总结(凝练与反思)四个环节。该模式在课堂微观层面突显产教融合路径探索,在专业建设和办学宏观层面彰显外语类专业应用型人才培养产教融合模型创建,强调人才培养的应用型特征,夯实学生语言双基和商科双基,提升学生理论创新能力和社会实践能力。
In the implement of "International Business Talents Training Plan",School of Foreign Languages,Hezhou University, sticks to three principles,realizes "six pairs of conflation in effect" and "six pairs of integration" ,put forward a practical teaching model with "Four-step-Case Focusing on Basic Knowledge and Basic Skills",which contain four steps:the selection of a ease(issues about linguistic service in international business and eontextualization),interpretation of the case (theoretical explanation and generalization of the issues both in business and languages), solution of the case (the application of basic knowledge and basic skills in both linguistic profession and business),summary of the ease(summary and reflection). On the micro-level such as classroom,this model stresses the exploration the way by which the fusion of production and education takes place. On the macro-level such as professional building and administration of school ,this model emphasizes the creation of the applied talent training model through the fusion of production and education,focusing on the application-oriented feature of talents training in specialties of foreign languages special,aiming at the reinforcement of basic knowledge and basic skills in both linguistic profession and business and at the promotion of innovation ability and social practical ability.
