摘要
目的以工程应用的大型复杂结构ZTC4钛合金铸件为研究对象,研究铸件复杂结构特征对组织、化学成分、力学性能分布均匀性的影响规律。方法用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对组织形貌进行观察。结果 Ti,Al元素在铸件各位置的分布比较均匀,V元素不均匀性较高。随铸件壁厚尺寸的增大,β晶粒尺寸和α片层间距成近线性增加的趋势,且β晶粒尺寸增幅较α片层间距大。结论铸件壁厚尺寸增加,宏观硬度和显微硬度呈近线性下降的趋势。
The paper aims to study the influence rules of complex structure characteristics on homogeneities of microstructure, chemical compositions and mechanical properties by taking large complex in ZTC4 titanium casting of large complex structure in engineering applications as a target. Elements Ti and Al were distributed uniformly in each position of the casting. Element V had high inhomogeneity. The ,β grain size and u lamellar spacing increased linearly with the increase of wall thickness of castings. The increase ofβ grain size was larger than that of α lamellar spacing. Macro-hardness and micro-hardness decrease with the increase of wall thickness.
