摘要
目的:研究捐献单采血小板的血液初筛过程中,最佳血小板检测时间。方法:运用瑞典进口CA620血细胞分析仪,分别于采集后1min、5min、10min及30min检测40例静脉血标本的血小板(PLT)和血小板体积(MPV)。结果:在标本采集后的1min、5min、10min及30min进行检测,PLT的检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是MPV的检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:捐献单采血小板的献血者,最佳血小板检测时间为10min。既可以满足血小板检测的准确性,又能缩短献血者的等候时间,提高献血者的献血体验。
Objective: To study the optimal platelet detection time during the blood screening process of donated apheresis platelets. Methods:Platelet (PLT) and platelet volume (MPV) of 40 venous blood samples were detected by CA620 at 1 min, 5 min, 10 min and 30 min after collection. Result: There was no significant difference in the detection result of PLT at 1 min, 5 min, 10 min and 30 rain after the specimen collection (P〈0.05). However, the difference of MPV was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion.. The best time for platelet detection was 10 min, which could both meet the accuracy of platelet detection, but also shorten the waiting time of blood donors, and improve blood donors blood donation experience.
