融资平台公司研究中若干问题的讨论——基于东部S市的案例分析

Discussion of Several Issues on the Researches of Financing Platform Companies——A Case Study of S City in East China

融资平台公司的研究众多,文章在回顾的基础上,对融资平台公司与融资平台概念边界、融资平台公司的类型与债务类别、融资平台公司的偿债资金来源等三方面问题进行讨论。以东部S市市区及郊区为案例,依据观察发现的情况及收集的资料,深入回答了上述三方面问题。同时结合近阶段中央就防范政府性债务、融资平台公司风险等出台的政策措施尝试提出可能的研究方向,以期为后续相关研究提供借鉴。

There are numerous researches on financing platform companies. Based on the overall review of researches about financing platform companies, this paper discusses three issues about the concept of the financing platform company and the financing platform, the type of the financing platform company and debt categories, and the source of repayment of the financing platform company. The paper, taking urban and suburb districts of S city in East China as the case, based on the data from the observation and the information collected, answers the above three questions in depth. MeanWhile, the paper attempts to put forward some possible research directions in the light of the policy measures adopted by the central government to prevent government debt and financing platform company risk at the near stage, so as tO provide reference for the foliow-up researches.
