摘要
研究了二相混合式步进电动机的动态性能。在Ansoft环境下建立样机的仿真模型,通过计算不同频率下样机的起动过程,得出样机在正常运行和失步共振状态下转子速度、位置、转矩以及绕组电压、电流等曲线。对样机的矩频特性和电机升频调速过程进行了仿真分析。研究结果为二相混合式步进电机的参数预测和优化设计提供理论依据。
The paper researched dynamic performance of two phase hybrid stepping motor. Build simulation model of prototype in the condition of Ansofi, through calculate the starting process of prototype in different frequencies, reached the curve of rotor speed, position, torque, winding voltage and current of prototype in the conditions of normal operation and out-of-step resonance. Made simulation analysis to the moment fre- quency characteristics and the process of frequency speed up of prototype. The result shows that the method of finite element and the measurement are identical with each other. The research result provided the theory basis to parameter prediction and optimization design of two phase hybrid stepping motor.
