摘要
目的:建立超高效液相色谱法同时测定不同工艺消瘀接骨散中6个活性成分含量的方法。方法:采用Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C_(18)色谱柱(100mm×2.1mm,1.7μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;PDA检测器;检测波长220nm;柱温30℃;流速0.2mL/min。结果:原儿茶酸、阿魏酸、桂皮醛、丁香酚、胡椒碱和欧前胡素6个活性成分浓度与峰面积的线性关系良好,r值分别为0.9997、0.9996、0.9999、0.9996、0.9999和0.9998;平均加样回收率分别为97.92%、98.20%、96.50%、98.36%、97.46%和98.42%,RSD%分别为1.21、2.16、1.52、3.35、1.33和2.58。结论:该方法稳定可靠、快速易行、重复性好,可用于中药复方制剂消瘀接骨散的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a UPLC method to simultaneously determinate the content of six active ingredients in Xiaoyu Jiegu Powder. Method: Took Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C 18 column ( 100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7 μm)with a gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.05% phosphoric acid solution system at flow rate of 0.2 mL 6mu^-1. The detective wavelength was at 220 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Result: The standard curves of the six studied ingredients showed good linearity. The correlation coefficients were 0.9997, 0. 9996, 0.9999, 0.9996, 0.9999 and 0.9998 respectively. The average recovery were 97.92%, 98.20%, 96. 50%, 8.36%, 7.46% and 98.42%, and RSD% were 1.21, 2.16, 1.52, 3.35, 1.33 and 2.58. Conclusion: The method is stable, rapid and accurate, and can be applied to the quality control of Xiaoyu Jiegu Powders.
