中医体质与腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术后恶心呕吐的临床观察

A Clinical Observation on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution and Nausea and Vomiting after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:通过457例腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术后恶心呕吐的临床观察,探讨不同中医体质患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后恶心呕吐发生率有无差异。方法:选取贵阳中医学院第二附属医院2015年5月~2016年10月间诊断为胆囊结石并行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者,调查记录患者中医体质类型及术后恶心呕吐的发生情况。结果:457例腹腔镜胆囊切除患者中中医体质以痰湿质(36.5%)、气虚质(23.6%)、湿热质(17.7%)多见;术后恶心呕吐的总体发生率为34.8%,男性低于女性,发生率较高的患者中医体质类型为气虚质(45.4%)、阳虚质(42.9%)以及血瘀质(38.5%)。结论:不同中医体质患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心呕吐的发生率不同,气虚质、阳虚质、血瘀质患者发生率较高。

Objective tectomy, and discuss the ： To observe 457 cases＇ symptoms of nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecys- incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients with TCM constitution. Methods： Selected the patients diagnosed as gallstone and had laparoscopic cholecystectomy from May 2015 to October in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang University of Chinese medicine, and recorded the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients＇ TCM constitution. Results ： In these 457 patients, the common Constitution of traditional Chinese asthenia （23.6%）, constitution of damp-heat medicine were phlegm-dampness （36.5%）, constitution of qi （ 17.7% ） , and the overall incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting was 34.8%. The incidence was lower in men than in women. The higher incidences happened more in patients with TCM constitution of qi asthenia （45.4%）, of the Yang deficiency （42.9%） and of blood stasis （ 38.5% ）. Conclusion： The incidences of nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy were different among patients with different TCM constitutions, which was higher among people with TCM constitutions of qi asthenia, Yang deficiency and blood stasis.
