摘要
采用2个SBR反应器考察了Mn(Ⅱ)和Ni(Ⅱ)的短期作用对亚硝化反应器的影响。结果表明,低浓度的Mn(Ⅱ)(≤50 mg/L)对亚硝化影响不大,高浓度的Mn(Ⅱ)(>70 mg/L)可促进AOB的活性,加快反应速率。低浓度的Ni(Ⅱ)(<20 mg/L)对亚硝化影响不大,Ni(Ⅱ)对AOB和NOB的抑制质量浓度分别为20、100 mg/L,高浓度短期作用后亚硝化会被破坏。通过低DO、高pH和短HRT的联合作用,可有效抑制NOB的活性,使亚硝化得到恢复。
Two SBR reactors have been used for investigating the influences of Mn(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ)short-term effectson the nitrosation reactor.The results show that low-concentration Mn(Ⅱ)(≤50 mg/L)has slight influence onnitrosation,while high-concentration Mn(Ⅱ)(〉70 mg/L)could significantly facilitate the AOB bioactivity andspeed up the reaction rate.The low-concentration Ni(Ⅱ)(〈20 mg/L)has slight influence on nitrosation,and itsinhibition thresholds on AOB and NOB are 20 and 100 mg/L,respectively,and after the high concentration and shortterm actions,the nitrosation could be destroyed.The combined effects of low DO,high pH and short HRT couldeffectively inhibit NOB activity and recover the nitrosation.
