摘要
针对某石化企业含盐污水的深度处理,开展了微电解氧化和臭氧氧化对比试验研究,比较了2种方法的处理效果。结果表明,对于微电解氧化法,在反应时间为2 h,pH为2~3,填料比为1∶1的条件下,COD去除率为12%~18%,B/C可从原水的0.07升高到0.11,B/C提高幅度小,出水可生化性仍较差,且产生较多沉渣;对于臭氧氧化法,当臭氧投加量为25 g/h,反应时间为2.0 h时,COD去除率达25%,B/C可从原水的0.07升高至0.35,B/C大幅提高,利于后续进一步生化处理。
Aiming at the advanced treatment of salt-containing wastewater in a petrochemical enterprise,theresearch of comparative tests on micro-electrolytic oxidation and ozone oxidation methods has been accomplished.The treatment effects of the two methods are compared.The results show that for micro-electrolytic oxidationmethod,when reaction time is 2 h,pH 2-3,filler ratio 1∶1,the removing rate of COD reaches 12%-18%,B/Cincreases from 0.07 to 0.11,and biodegradability is still rather poor.For ozone oxidation method,when the ozonedosage is 25 g/h and reaction time 2.0 h,the COD removing rate reaches 25%,B/C can increase from 0.07 to 0.35 substantially,being advantageous to the subsequent biochemical treatment.
