摘要
以PAC为凝聚剂,PAM+为絮凝剂,对原油终端处理厂含聚采油废水进行了混凝工艺研究,考察了凝聚阶段、絮凝阶段桨叶转速及搅拌时间对沉淀出水浊度的影响。结果表明:在凝聚阶段和絮凝阶段工艺条件相同,桨叶转速为300~550 r/min,搅拌时间均为30 s的条件下,沉淀出水浊度为4.5~5.5 NTU。与传统的混凝工艺相比,处理效果显著提高,且搅拌强度增强,搅拌时间大幅缩短。该项研究有利于提高原油终端处理厂进水流量,对保障海上注聚采油平台正常生产具有重要意义。
Using PAC as coagulant and PAM+as flocculant,the research on the coagulation process of polymercontaining wastewater in a crude oil terminal treatment plant has been accomplished.The influences of impellerrotating speed and stirring time of coagulation stage and flocculation stage on the precipitation effluent turbidity areinvestigated.The results show that when the process conditions for coagulation stage and flocculation stage are thesame,the impeller rotating speed is 300-550 r/min and stirring time 30 s,the turbidity of the precipitation effluent is 4.5-5.5 NTU.Compared with traditional coagulation process,its treatment effect is significantly improved,stirringintensity is enhanced,and stirring time is greatly shortened.This study is advantageous to the raise of the influent flowrate in crude oil terminal treatment plants,which is of great significance to the safeguard of normal production onpolymer injection oil production platforms at sea.
