摘要
为研究我国高校教师发展中心的现状与未来发展趋势,采用内容分析法对我国69所本科普通高校教师发展中心的工作报告文本进行了分析。研究结果表明,历经5年的发展,我国高校教师发展中心已初具规模,开展的活动能够有力促进教师多方面的发展,但服务体系仍需完善,专业化水平仍需提高,职能定位仍需进一步明确。因此,应当将加强中心自身专业化建设与提升活动质量作为未来关注的重点。
In order to find out the current situation and the future development trend of the faculty development centers in higher education Of China, this research analyzes the reports of 69 institutions by content analysis. It implies that, after 5 years of development, these faculty development centers have already taken shape, and their activities could facilitate faculty development in many aspects. However, the function, service system and specialization still need improving. So the faculty development centers should strengthen the specialization construction and improve the activities' quality.
