摘要
采用点滴法测定阿维菌素、喹硫磷及其混剂对二化螟的毒力,结果表明:阿维菌素与喹硫磷混配,各个配比均有增效作用,其中以1︰26(有效成分)的配比增效作用最大,毒性比率和共毒系数分别为1.75和154.54。田间药效试验表明,阿维菌素与喹硫磷以1︰26的混剂对二化螟有良好的防治效果,室内结果在田间试验中得到验证。
The toxicological effects of abamectin and quinalphos mixtures on Chilo suppressalis was tested with topical application. The results showed that all mix-proportions at the dosage of available ingredients had remarkable synergetic effects, of which the 1：26 mixture was the most remarkable, and the relative toxicity index and co-toxicity coefficient index were 1.75 and 154.54, respectively. Also in the field efficacy trials, it was found that the 1：26 mixture had better control effect on Chilo suppressalis, which was similar to the results of indoor topical application.
