Structure and Construction of Multiple Platform Service System in the Makerspace of Public Library

针对中国公共图书馆众创空间建设中软件服务建设不足的问题,提出建立多平台服务系统,并通过各平台之间不同的功能及不同的服务模式,有针对性的对众创空间内的创客开展个性化服务,扩大了对创客的服务内容和服务功能,完善众创空间的服务体系,并且可以对创客创业的全部过程提供更加高效的服务,帮助创客实现创业梦想。

Focusing on the problem of insufficient software service construction in the makerspace of public library, this paper tried to build a multiple platform service system, to conduct personalized service for makers in the makerspace through the different functions and service modes of each platform, which can expand the service contents and function for makers, and perfect the service system of makerspace, and provide effective service in the whole entrepreneurial process, helping the makers realize entrepreneurial dreams.
