摘要
在进行管道设计时,首先要考虑满足工艺要求,还应使管道的设计既经济合理又安全可靠,管道应力分析是实现这一目标的手段和方法。根据对相关规范的理解和支架设计技巧,结合长期的设计经验和应力分析理论,提出了管道应力分析时需要注意的问题,包括安装温度、弹簧设计、汽缸位移、再沸器及偶然工况等。
In the pipeline design,we must first consider meeting the technological requirements,but the design of the pipeline should also be economically reasonable and safe and reliable.Pipeline stress analysis is the means to achieve this goal.Based on the understanding of the relevant norms and the design techniques of brackets,combined with long-term design experience and stress analysis theory,this paper puts forward the problems deserving attention in pipeline stress analysis,including installation temperature,spring design,cylinder displacement,reboiler,accidental conditions and so on.
