煤制乙二醇脱脂塔顶分级采出的技改建议

摘要 濮阳永金化工有限公司为了在高负荷运行情况下,把脱脂塔釜乙二醇中的脂类从塔顶排放出,提高产品质量与产品的收率,进行了分级采出技术的改造。根据各个组分液化温度的不同,稳定各个换热器的落液温度及各回收罐的采出量,使每个换热器下的回收罐依次得到不同的组分,在高负荷的长期运转下保证各回收罐的组分稳定,实现系统的连续稳定运行。多级采出的应用不仅在连续稳定的生产上起到了显著效果,而且在对其副产品的回收上也能产生更多的经济效益,并使得产品的质量得到了进一步的提升。此次改造是在E425B上增加一个回收罐,让其主要采出甲醇、乙醇与水,从而降低E425A与V404B的负载,使甲醇、乙醇与水不再返回到V404A当中,而是直接排放,取得了良好的效果。 In order to put the degreasing lipid discharged from the top of the tower kettle glycol under high load operation and improve quality and yield of the products,Puyang Yongjin Chemical Co.,Ltd.carried on the gradation of production technical reformation.Depending on the liquefaction temperature of each component,we need to stabilize every fall liquid temperature of the heat ex-changer,withdraw recovery tank and make its recovery tank which is under the heat ex-changer get different ingredients in turn so as to ensure the stability of the components of the recovery tank to achieve continuous and stable operation of the system under the high load long run.Multistage extraction applications not only has played a significant effect on the continuous and stable production but also are beneficial to produce more economic benefits,and make a further enhance on products quality.The reform is in E425 Bto increase a recovery tank,which lead it to mainly produce methanol,ethanol and water,so that E425 Aand V404Bare reduced;methanol,ethanol and water doesn't back to V404 Abut emit directly and achieve good results.
