煤制乙二醇脱脂塔顶分级采出的技改建议

濮阳永金化工有限公司为了在高负荷运行情况下,把脱脂塔釜乙二醇中的脂类从塔顶排放出,提高产品质量与产品的收率,进行了分级采出技术的改造。根据各个组分液化温度的不同,稳定各个换热器的落液温度及各回收罐的采出量,使每个换热器下的回收罐依次得到不同的组分,在高负荷的长期运转下保证各回收罐的组分稳定,实现系统的连续稳定运行。多级采出的应用不仅在连续稳定的生产上起到了显著效果,而且在对其副产品的回收上也能产生更多的经济效益,并使得产品的质量得到了进一步的提升。此次改造是在E425B上增加一个回收罐,让其主要采出甲醇、乙醇与水,从而降低E425A与V404B的负载,使甲醇、乙醇与水不再返回到V404A当中,而是直接排放,取得了良好的效果。
