复掺废砖再生混凝土的抗压强度 被引量:5

摘要 试验研究水灰比、砂率、粉煤灰替代率、硅灰掺量及废砖替代率5个因素对复掺废砖再生混凝土抗压强度的影响.结果表明:水灰比、砂率和粉煤灰替代率对复掺再生混凝土28 d抗压强度的影响都是先增大后减小;随着硅灰掺量的增加,再生混凝土28 d抗压强度依次增大;随着废砖替代率的提高,再生混凝土28 d抗压强度逐步减小;当其他组分掺量适当,废砖骨料替代率为100%时,可以配制满足C30强度要求的再生混凝土. This test program focused on five factors that can make impact on the mixed waste recycled concrete: the water cement ratio,the sand ratio,the replacement ratio of fly ash,the silicon ash content and the waste brick replacement rate. The study shows that: the water cement ratio,the sand ratio and the replacement ratio of fly ash has impact on the 28 d mixed waste recycle concrete in a pattern of first increase and then decrease; The compressive strength of 28 d recycled concrete increases with the growth of the silicon ash content; The compressive strength of 28 d recycled concrete decreases with the growth of the waste brick replacement rate; With a proper portion of other components,when waste brick rate comes to 100%,C30 concrete could be configured.
